Mr. Yao Liming, born in April 1980, Chinese nationality, has no permanent right of abode abroad and holds Bachelor Degree in Administrative Management from China University of Political Science and Law. He served as Staff Member of Haidian Township Government in Haidian District; Staff Member and Deputy Chief Staff Member of General Office of the CPC Haidian District Committee; Head, Deputy Manager (with overall responsibility) and Manager of General Affairs Section of President Office of Sinochem Group; Manager of Cadre Supervision Section of Human Resources Department and Deputy General Manager of General Department of Energy Strategic Business Unit of Sinochem Group. He currently serves as Deputy General Manager of General Administration and Legal Department of Sinochem Energy Co., Ltd.
