Mr. CHEN Chengmin, born in October 1966, Chinese nationality, no long-term residence permit of foreign countries, Master Degree in Western Economics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, senior engineer. Mr. Chen is currently the deputy general manager of Sinochem Holdings Co., Ltd. and the chairman and general manager of Sinochem Energy Co., Ltd. He once worked as Managing Director of Oil Products Marketing Department of Sinopec Corporation, Chairman of Sinopec Marketing Co., Ltd., and Chairman of Sinopec (Hong Kong) Ltd. Previously he served as Vice Chairman, President of Sinopec Marketing Co., Ltd., Vice Chairman and President of Sinopec Group Marketing Industrial Corporation, Company Representative and President of Sinopec Guangdong Oil Products Marketing Company, President of Sinopec Hubei Oil Products Marketing Company, and Secretary of Committee for Discipline Inspection and Vice President of Sinopec Guangxi Oil Products Marketing Company.
