On February 7, 2023, Sinochem Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Sinochem Energy”) and China Transport Telecommunication Information Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CTTIC”) renewed their strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing and held the establishment ceremony of the “Research and Development Center of Transport Industry of Big Data Processing Technologies and Application for Comprehensive Transport, Transport of Dangerous Goods Subcenter”. Zhong Ren, Deputy General Manager and Member of the Leading Party Group of Sinochem Holdings, and Chairman, General Manager, and Secretary of the Party Committee of Sinochem Energy, and Xu Pengzhan, Director of China Transport Telecommunications & Information Center and Chairman of CTTIC, signed the agreement and unveiled the center on behalf of both parties.

During the event, both parties had extensive discussions on deepening cooperation. Zhong Ren expressed his gratitude to CTTIC for their long-term support of Sinochem Energy. After briefly reviewing the overall situation of bilateral cooperation in empowering the energy and chemical industry in the early stage, he expressed his hope that both parties could further leverage their respective strengths and jointly contribute to building a safer, more efficient, and smarter energy and chemical supply chain system. Xu Pengzhan fully recognized the cooperation between CTTIC and Sinochem Energy and its subsidiary Liuliu Yunlian Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. He stated that the two parties are a “combination between the strong ones with complementary advantages”, which is of great significance in accelerating the construction of China’s professional, informatized, and internationally modern transportation service system and promoting high-quality economic development.
