On April 3, 2019, the SCA (also known as Chuanyunbang app，which is a smart ship-cargo matching system) developed by Sinochem Energy High-Tech Co., Ltd. was granted the award “Top Ten Innovative Central Enterprise E-commerce Products in 2018” by China Central Enterprise E-commerce Alliance at the Third Meeting of the First Representative Assembly & 2019 Annual Work Meeting.

Based on various essential business scenarios such as customers’ search for goods and ships, logistics monitoring, commodity inspection and insurance, and adhering to the development concept of “being professional and reliable”, we provide users with modular and customized digital solutions. In 2019, the SCA (Chuanyunbang) connected relevant parties in various industries such as cargo owner, ship owner, port, commodity inspection, finance and shipping agents, and post-ship market, with online ships accounting for 40% of the total number of oil ships in the market, and trading volume accounting for about 10% of domestic shipping of dangerous petrochemical goods (These statistical data were released before the end of January 2019).

It is said that China Central Enterprise E-commerce Alliance was jointly initiated and established by e-commerce platforms of 14 central enterprises including State Grid, AVIC, China North Industries Group Corporation Limited (NORINCO Group), China Southern Power Grid, China Huadian Corporation LTD. (CHD), China Unicom, China Baowu Steel Group Corporation Limited, COFCO, etc., with the aim of giving full play to the advantages and social influence of China central enterprise e-commerce industry, further tapping the cross-industry synergetic value of central enterprise e-commerce, and building a new platform for cross-border cooperation to realize the interconnection and win-win cooperation of central enterprise e-commerce platforms, and serving the transformation and upgrading of the real economy. Representatives from the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC), the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), the Ministry of Commerce and other organizations attended the conference to discuss the current situation and future development of China’s Internet e-commerce; enterprises and individuals that have made outstanding achievements in the industry were commended at the conference.
