Mr. WANG ChunSong, born in March 1967, Chinese nationality, no long-term residence permit of foreign countries, holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of International Business and Economics, senior accountant. He once worded as the manager of the finance department and financial controller of Sinochem Hebei Company, the financial controller of Shenyang Chemical Industry Research Institute Company Limited, the financial controller of Sinochem International Bidding Company Limited, the deputy general manager and financial controller of Sinochem Energy Saving and Environmental Protection Holding (Beijing) Company Limited, the deputy general manager of Sinochem Environment Holding Company Limited, the secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee and a member of the Party Committee of Sinochem Environment Holdings Co., Ltd. Mr Wang is currently the secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee and a member of the Party Committee of the Company.
